GMIT provides environmental intelligence services including EUDR deforestation-free certification, Digital Twin IoT monitoring subscriptions and related reporting and advisory services. Specific service terms, deliverables and fees are set out in individual service agreements or subscription contracts entered into between GMIT and the client.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, data, methodology documents and software, is the intellectual property of GM IT Consulting UG or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.
GMIT certification services produce outputs based on available data, satellite imagery and field evidence at the time of assessment. Certification decisions reflect the state of evidence at the assessment date and are subject to the limitations of available satellite data, field access and source country legal information. GMIT does not guarantee that certification will be accepted by any particular EU competent authority, buyer or institutional counterparty, as such decisions rest with those parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that service in the preceding 12 months.
Client data provided to GMIT in connection with service delivery is treated as confidential. GMIT will not disclose client-specific operational data to third parties without client consent, except as required by law or regulatory obligation. Data handling is further governed by our Privacy Policy.
